We will be glad to fax you a map and other instructions to get here but in a nutshell, we're located approximately 100 miles south of Anchorage on mi. 3/4 Bean Creek Road in lovely Cooper Landing. You can also check out our map online and print it out!

* We strongly urge our guests to book your reservations now during the winter months as the bookings are already well under way long before the summer tourist season. This will increase your chances of getting the booking dates you desire.

Summer Rates May 1 - Sept. 30 2008:

Rooms are $125.00 + 3% tax for cash discount based on double occupancy. Additional adults are $50.00 (per) and Children's rates are 0-3 Free, 4-12 $20 & 13-18 $25. Rollaways are available! Senior discounts available.

You may take advantage of the cash discount by reserving with your credit card and paying when you arrive. We accept MC, Visa, American Express, Travelers Checks and Cash. The best costs no more than all the rest!

Winter Rates Oct. 1 2007- Apr. 31 2008:

Rooms are $90 + 3% tax for cash discount based on double occupancy. Additional adults are $40.00 (per) and Children's rates are 0-3 Free, 4-12 $15 & 13-18 $20 You may take advantage of the cash discount by reserving with your credit card and paying when you arrive. Rollaways are available!

Chapel & Wedding Fees for 2007-2008:

Will be $160.00
